1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending The Sapphire Night with Masoom Sharma, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing tickets or attending the event.

2. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized by the event organizers.

3. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue rules will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

4. Photography & Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes by the organizers and their partners.

5. Liability

The organizers, venue, and their affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.

6. Event Cancellation & Postponement

If the event is cancelled by the organizers, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Admission & Entry Rights

The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or eject any individual who fails to comply with venue rules, presents a security risk, or is deemed to be intoxicated or disorderly. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Prohibited Items

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

• Outside food and beverages (except for medical necessities).
• Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and weapons of any kind.
• Laser pointers, drones, and professional recording equipment without prior authorization.
• Any items that may pose a safety hazard or disrupt the event experience.

10. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue premises, including designated indoor areas. Alcohol consumption is also restricted to designated zones, if applicable. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event.

11. Ticket Resale & Scalping

Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or resale platforms are considered void. The organizers are not responsible for any issues arising from ticket scalping. Tickets are intended for personal use only.

12. Audio & Video Recording Restrictions

While personal photography and mobile recording are permitted for non-commercial purposes, professional audio/video equipment (including tripods and specialized cameras) requires prior written approval from the event organizers. Unauthorized commercial recording is strictly prohibited.

13. Changes to Lineup & Schedule

While we strive to deliver the advertised experience, the event lineup, performance times, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Tickets remain valid regardless of such changes.

14. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
